Pork Meat with Pasta (Greek Giouvetsi)

Pork Meat with Pasta (Greek Giouvetsi)
Delicious!
Rosted pork in the oven with pasta. With only a few ingredients but with a lot of flavor!
As lovers of traditional flavors we added lots of dry cheese/ myzithra, as was also the hand made, tender and tasty pasta!
The truth is that regardless of our ability in the kitchen, the raw ingredients of good quality will give us good tasty results.
A favorite sunday food for many families.
Yours!

On top, add the olive oil and the tomatoes to go everywhere and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Break the cinnamon stick in 2-3 pieces and scatter all over. Finally add the allspice grains.
Put pan in the oven and bake at 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas Mark 6 for ~2 hours.
Now and then check whether you need to add water (hot) and turn the meat from the other side to cook.
After 2 hours add ½ liter/ 17 fl oz of warm water, put it back in the oven to boil and add the pasta.
Stir and cook until they absorb all the juices of the food and get thick.
