Baked Pork Chops with Apples

Pork chops baked with apples!
Do not horrified by seeing or tasting this dish. Its flavor is really enjoyable and the baked apples provide a buttery texture to the soft and juicy steaks.
The sweet taste of apples is barely perceptible to our palate.
The pork with apples, quinces and other dried fruit blend fantastic together.
Dare to try it!

  2. I love the taste of pork and apples. They are a natural together and we always have at least applesauce when I cook with pork. Your recipe sounds delicious and of course again, your photos are wonderful.
