Yogurt Muffins

Delicious and healthy muffins with yogurt and chocolate drops. Very fluffy and soft!
Easy to make, delicious mouthful small cakes, made in a very short time!

Yogurt Muffins Would you like the muffins even more by making them and playing in the kitchen with the children. They love to engage in such activities!

Ingredients (8 muffins)

  • 150 gr/ 5.3 oz flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking sod
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 200 gr/ 7.1 oz yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 50 gr/ 1.8 oz chocolate drops
  • icing sugar for sprinkling at the end
In small bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
In another bowl mix lightly yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and butter.
Add the beaten yogurt mixture into the dry ingredients.
Stir just to combine.
Finally add the chocolate drops and stir slightly.
Fill the muffin pockets and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas 4 for 20 minutes until golden and risen.
Yogurt Muffins Towards the end test by inserting a toothpick in a muffin to come out clean.
You should not overmix the ingredients. Just mix them or the muffins will not come out fluffy.
