Cabbage Rolls, very tasty, with many spices, cooked in a pot on carrots and leeks. The difference, which characterizes this dish is that the meat is cut into very small cubes. The process is more complex but the result is much more delicious than if we used plain mince.
With the same stuffing we make and red/purple cabbage rolls, with red cabbage. They have a little sharper and peppery taste.

Mini Lemon Curd Cakes
Lemon Curd or lemon cream. Tasty, soft and smooth texture. With an intense aroma of lemon or lime. Made with whole eggs or just yolks, lemon juice and zest and little butter for more velvety texture. Often replaces, in many desserts, the pastry cream.
Here used with the whipped cream to fill delicious, small, individual cakes with festive view and romantic style.

English Marmalade made from the golden gifts of the sun and imprisoned in beautifully transparent jars, which will complement our sweet and savory breakfast.
