It's tradition in Greece at March 25 and October 28 to consume as a nation a delicious meal of Greek cuisine. This is the salted cod and of course the necessary accompaniment, the garlic sauce.
Today reversing the usual order of rotation of posts to the blog, which require a dessert I propose Garlic with Turmeric. The turmeric gives the garlic a nice and bright yellow color. Taste is great, a healthy choice and velvety texture. If your taste habits contains the garlic sauce then make it with the way I propose.

Pizza Dough-Easy Pizza
Pizza dough is easy and unique, and the preparation of it is required only two ingredients, which are worshiped for convenience but also for taste. Two, yes only two components, neither of which is water. Just flour and yogurt!
Circulated widely in international, online, culinary events and everyone is talking about a small miracle.
I test it, enjoyed it and present it to you. At the end I added a few more of rocket leaves, so as to remind us of the colors of the "Tricolore", the Italian flag -as tend Italians to call- and mentally to travel at the home origin. Starting from there, this unique flat bread, which with a little tomato sauce and a little cheese, made an international career!

Fish fillet combined with leeks, bathed in a tasty mustard cream and sprinkled with grated cheese and crumbs of sesame bun, which give the dish tasty and crunchy crust.
An inexpensive, tasty meal, a different option in order to enjoy the, usually flat taste, fish fillet.
Served with a green salad, boiled greens and of course with a dry white wine.

Pineapple Upside-Down Mini-Cakes
A variant of the classic pineapple upside-down cake adapted to small, cute cupcakes.
Caramel mini cupcakes with pineapple flavor, for individual enjoyment. They are delicious, have absorbed the caramel inside and have perfect taste.
The coating with a golden pineapple washer, make them a beautiful sight. To the cake mixture add crushed pineapple and they have silky softness and the necessary humidity.
Enjoy them with a scoop of ice cream bathed with extra candy depending on the season.

Shrimp Bow Tie Pasta
Farfalle (butterflies) or Bow-tie are alternative names for the pasta, with beautiful bow shape. Dated from the 16th century in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna in Northern Italy.
Bows, therefore, accompanied by wispy shrimp, chopped green onion, chives, coriander, chilli and lime and Peach!
I think this dish is perhaps the tastiest and most aromatic of pasta dishes, that I have at times suggested from the pages of Kitchen Stories. Seductive aromas and tantalizing smells emerge and gives pungent taste superiority.
If the ingredients and the composition convinced you, make it and enjoy it with a cold, dry, white wine.

Carrot cake without flour, and by extension Gluten Free for those who follow a gluten-free diet, have an intolerance to it, or do not wish to consume cereal.
Beyond this, the cake is very rich in ingredients and very tasty. The coconut flour substitute perfectly normal flour and is very tasty. The addition of cream cheese comes to further intensify the flavor.

Tomato Sauce
Tomato Sauce, classic, delicious and for varied uses, flavored with oregano and basil. An easy sauce that accompanies perfectly meat and vegetable dishes. But also pizzas, bruschetta, sandwiches and of course pasta, any kind of pasta, where it takes off with its presence the flavor of the dish.
Tomatoes are rich in flavor, have high liquid content, have very soft flesh which breaks down quickly, and are a suitable composition to thicken in the sauce when cooked. All these properties make it ideal for a simple and attractive sauce.
