The Pana Cotta Cream is a delicious dessert to accompany a hearty meal. It is simple in the preparation and undemanding. Here combined with caramel cream, which we can make ourselves or buy ready in a jar.

Caramel Panna Cotta Caramel Panna Cotta

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 600 g (1.3 lbs) sour cream
  • 200 g (7.1 oz) caramel cream
  • 1 sachet (10 g - 0.35 oz) gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
In a pan and on low heat boil the sour cream for 2'-3' from the start of boiling.
At the same time in a bowl pour a little cold water and gelatin powder to rise.
Once the sour cream boils withdraw the saucepan from the heat and add the powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of caramel cream and the swollen gelatin. Mix for some time until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Put a teaspoon of caramel cream in the bottom of four glasses.
From the top hand out the mixture of the sour cream. Leave for 2-3 hours to cool and thicken.
To serve, add in the pana cotta surface a teaspoon caramel cream.
Kept in a refrigerator.
Caramel Panna Cotta Caramel Panna Cotta
To make caramel cream you boil from the previous day a box of condensed milk (400 g-14.1 oz) for 1.30 to 2 hours. Allow to cool completely overnight and then open it.
Take care to be covered with water throughout the cooking.
