Warm delicious sandwiches with mayonnaise, cheese and ham in fluffy brioche buns. The spread mustard, butter, poppy seeds boosts the taste, change the category.
A classic sandwich can be made a very enjoyable delicacy by adding extra palatable ingredients and transformed into something different but definitely delicious. Their classic version is the addition of half pineapple slice. If you want you can experience it this way.

Ingredients (10 Sandwiches)

  • 10 brioche buns or Soft Rolls
  • 20 emmental cheese slices
  • 10 ham slices
  • 100g (3.5 oz) mayonnaise
  • 50g (1.8 oz) butter
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 tabasco drops
Put the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave without burning. Add the mustard, garlic, Tabasco and poppy seeds. Mix well and set aside for a while.
With a knife cut in half horizontally, the buns. Spread mayonnaise on bottom half and place a slice of Emmental.
On top put a slice of ham and another slice Emmental.
You cover them with their lids -the other half of the bun- and place them in a baking pan in a row next to one another.
Brush them over very well with the butter / mustard mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉, Gas:4.2) for 10 minutes just to rise and melt the cheese slightly. Eaten hot but also cold.
