To make sorbet, do nothing more than pour a fruity liquid into a container, then place it in the freezer and using a fork or spoon scrape the frozen mixture as it freezes. It could not be simpler!
Ruddy watermelon sorbet and green lime in an excellent combination to enjoy the dominant summer fruit, watermelon, in another dimension.
The beautiful granite give us color, freshness and great moments of relaxation. Either under the sun or in a wonderful, romantic evening under the moonlight on the island of our dreams! Ingredients (20 servings)

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) watermelon, net weight
  • 1 lime, juice & zest
Remove the watermelon peel and seeds and cut into small pieces.
Place in blender half the amount of the watermelon and beat well.
Empty the fruity liquid in a flat container with dimensions 18×28cm (7.1×11in).

Syrup

  • 100g (3.5 oz) sugar
  • 5 tbsp water
In a small saucepan boil the sugar and water. Heat over low heat, gently stirring until sugar dissolves.
Pour the syrup into the blender, the remaining half of watermelon & amp; juice and zest of lime.
Pour the fruit mixture into the container we put the first liquid. Mix well. Cover and put in the freezer for two hours until the first scratching.
Take the container from the refrigerator and with a fork or spoon scrape and mix the juice, to break the first ice cubes that formed. At the edges around there will be more ice.
This will be repeated 3-4 more times, until frozen and fluffy. Serve in glasses or bowls.
