Pork Roast in Beer
It is a main dish full of flavor. Bavarian origin and the stars of the show are two of Germany's favorite ingredients: pork and splendid beer!
The ingredients for this delicious roast are a few: pork, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, spices and - the magic element - beer.
The meat is marinated in a bottle of beer, orange juice, lemon & in seasonings, then placed in a hot oven, covered as in a hull, for ~2 hours to be cooked and browned roast and the accompaniment the potatoes. Approximately two hours after, you have the most juicy interior and crisp outside tasty Sunday meal you can imagine. The meat melts with the touch of a fork and in combination with the crisp potatoes they offer wonderful tasting moments.

Zucchini flowers filled with a mixture of feta cheese, aromatic herbs and fennel seeds. Bleached in a fluffy beer batter and fried lightly.
Surely we do not all have the opportunity to grow horticultural flowers, but flowers of zucchini, these wonderful edible flowers are easy to find in many of the neighborhood markets at this time, but all summer there are fresh zucchini.
It is worth trying to make this dish and taste a great and rare delicacy. It takes little care to handle the zucchini flowers because it is delicate and sensitive to touch.

Fried Salt Cod & Garlic Dip
The Fried Cod is accompanied by the Garlic Dip & we enjoy their taste in a lovely combination. The slurry/batter made with dry yeast makes cod even more tasty and crisp and the garlic from bland mashed potatoes can be transformed into a fluffy dip, like mousse, tasty and tangy flavor.
