Simple Salad with boiled eggs or red Easter eggs served with a Cheese Sauce.
Boursin is an aromatic fresh cheese from Normandy with various flavors. It is fermented with fragrant herbs, onion, garlic, and chives, and it is soft and easy to spread onto bread, crackers, or toast, it gives the taste of yogurt with delicious Cheese Dip.
The egg with milk are the only complete natural foods, as they contain all the necessary components for a complete and balanced diet. The biological value of the protein of the egg is greater than that of milk, meat, beans or salmon and used as a standard for the quality assessment of other food proteins. The egg contains antioxidants, like fruits and vegetables.

Kayanas

Kayanas is a delicious Greek traditional dish in a sophisticated version of the omelet with cheese and tomato. Grate some feta cheese over the top for the sake of simplicity… A dish that will fill of us and we will prepare in a few minutes.
In summer with fresh, ripe and bright red tomatoes are the best time to enjoy it. The ingredients needed for this omelet dish are minimal. Tomatoes, fresh eggs, grated cheese and a little dill.

Eggs with bacon, with spicy, gruyère cheese from the island of Crete and a slice of bread!
The result of this combination is delicious and will not leave anyone indifferent.
Serve them in a calm relaxed breakfast or as a side dish to a hearty dish of leeks or spinach with rice and a few olives.

Wild Asparagus Omelette

Wild asparagus, offered by nature in the spring, we enjoy in a delicious omelette with a few green onions and greek olive oil.
Very few ingredients are needed for a very tasty dish even though they are not easy to find Wild Asparagus in cities. Sometimes we find it in some street markets, but this is quite rare. If you like the idea you can make a similar omelet with cultivated asparagus. They are equally delicious and much easier to obtain.
