Oven Omelette

Eggs! Baked and covered with our favorite cheese, quick easy and delicious dish for the experienced and novice cook alike.
The combination of the intense flavors of the eggs and cheese will fascinate your guests!

  • We take a deep dish and fill it with various grated yellow cheese of our choice (250-300 gr/ 10 oz)
  • a small, deep, ovenproof dish
  • 5-6 fresh eggs
  • and a little paprika
Spread half the cheese on the base of the ovenproof dish.
Break the eggs, one by one, with care to distribute them on the dish.
Look at the pictures and act accordingly…
Cover eggs with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
Put it (the ovenproof dish) in a preheated oven 180°C/350°F until the cheese melt and get a nice golden color.
Serve and enjoy hot, on a Sunday morning, along with other «sins»...
Also suitable for lazy lunch preparation and why not even for dinner!
