Linguine with Mussels & Fresh Vegetables
Cook the mussels in a large frying pan, with the tomatoes cut into small bites, the sweet red pepper in thin strips and all other vegetables chopped! Quench with white wine while your linguine are cooked in another pot. Combine the two and toss them with your favorite spices, a little grated Parmigiano-Reggiano & chopped rosemary. Now pretend you're on vacation on the Italian coast or on one of our Aegean islands and enjoy excellent flavors!

Spaghetti bathed with a white creamy sauce -we adore- combined with smoked salmon to give them their wonderful smoky taste and plenty of green onion and chives. Of course (!) Vodka, which so much like in salmon, will help in the taste of this dish.
What else to say, to say that white pasta, pasta with white sauce, combined with some seafood, is one of our favorite macaroni. Although you are unable to make this combination make this macaroni and enjoy it!

To have a tasty soup what you need is nothing more than the good fresh fish. Not that it can not be done from frozen fish but definitely fresh is preferred. The dusky grouper, the white grouper, the scorpaena, the European hake, etc. are ideal. Also the smaller fish, those that live near rocks make the best fish soup. You choose any fish or fish combination you like and enjoy it.
It is one of the most delicious and healthy dishes in Greek Cuisine. The shrimp in the current proposal playing the guest star role is not a sine qua non. Fish soup can be made without them… The vegetables are for accompanying this dish. A light dish and if you choose the winter version is a dish of warmth and coziness.

I love Chinese Cuisine, the way we enjoy it the western restaurants, but also that Chinese Cuisine, we find in the place that created it! This classic dish of fried rice with shrimp is a quick and easy recipe in restaurant style.
Shrimp, rice, eggs, green onions and bean sprouts in a jar, because in Greece is not always possible to find fresh bean sprouts.
We use steamed or boiled rice, ideally from the previous day, that is dry enough. So it will be less sensitive to mixing and will become even better at least in terms of aesthetics…
Cook over high heat for a short time and with quick movements. So we need to have everything you need ready, cleaned and cut to the corner, the workbench.

The King of Meze in the Greek Summer and Lenten Days, with accompanying ouzo par excellence!
Here it was prepared to be pickled, to be closed in our most transparent jars and to be able to enjoy it as a precious meze whenever we want!

Octopus boiled and flavored in a Court-bouillon, meaning «short broth». This is an intensely flavored vegetable broth, spices and aromatic herbs (bouquet garni) and which contain an acidic ingredient such as vinegar, wine or lemon juice. Court-bouillon is usually for poaching, need not be elaborate, used for the preparation of crustaceans (lobster) and other seafood and is very simple, because the broth is not generally served as part of the end plate.
