Today we are cooking delicious Lemon Chicken, braised with rosé wine (the same that will accompany our meal) in the Instant Pot. "All in one"!
The food is cooked in the juices of the accompanying vegetables, small carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic and basically without stirring. This way they come out of the cooker intact & presentable without disintegrating to be served on our table, so that we can enjoy a delicious and economical dish.
The Chicken is cooked perfectly and the potatoes are soft and delicious.

Cook the mussels in a large frying pan, with the tomatoes cut into small bites, the sweet red pepper in thin strips and all other vegetables chopped! Quench with white wine while your linguine are cooked in another pot. Combine the two and toss them with your favorite spices, a little grated Parmigiano-Reggiano & chopped rosemary. Hearty and very tasty salad, made with chicken cooked along with vegetables. Made through any meat is in the refrigerator and not consumed. Leaving pork slowly cooked in tomato sauce builds a deep and rich flavor. Usually served upon Pappardelle, but with my choice and the tendency to create something new / different always based on the original recipe, pasta incorporated in ragout sauce and then covered with a thick sauce semolina, that went golden brown in the oven and became a new dish, very tasty.
Of course it is needless to emphasize that it is infinitely tastier than the classic pastitsio…

Here it was prepared to be pickled, to be closed in our most transparent jars and to be able to enjoy it as a precious meze whenever we want!

Octopus boiled and flavored in a Court-bouillon, meaning «short broth». This is an intensely flavored vegetable broth, spices and aromatic herbs (bouquet garni) and which contain an acidic ingredient such as vinegar, wine or lemon juice. Court-bouillon is usually for poaching, need not be elaborate, used for the preparation of crustaceans (lobster) and other seafood and is very simple, because the broth is not generally served as part of the end plate.
