The Aristocratic Biscuits, as clearly stated by their name, is a product originating in Serbia but it is also found in the Czech Republic and Croatia.
It is a two-colored stuffed vanilla biscuit and cocoa in a sandwich form with intermediate filling of hazelnut and cocoa, as Nutella or Merenda. With a wonderful, unique, nostalgic buttery texture, which makes them crumble and melt in your mouth and the palate to enjoy a wave of flavors and fragrances. Satisfies every taste requirement, we might have assumed from a cookie, and found here, in Noblice.

Tasty summer dish as a main but also accompanying tsipouro meze. Garnished with chopped onion, parsley, oil and lemon and sprinkled with freshly ground pepper, sumac & chili peppers for color and flavor and all together for health and vitamins! Whether you say it bean salad or Turkish piyaz, is one of the most classic dishes with beans after the bean soup.
All beans contain high amounts of protein and fiber. An amazing combination for the protection of the digestive system and moving the food through the intestines. Fiber helps to better digest food and help ensure that the waste products to be eliminated. Fifteen of August and the current dessert was chosen to be white, summer, airy like icing veil that surrounds it. Also to be able to offer our mild sweet tones and light flavors. It is a Mille Feuille with filo pastry biscuits and Orange Cream successive repetitive layers and culminating in a light cream whipped cream, sprinkled with roasted almonds and icing sugar.

Octopus!
The King of Meze in the Greek Summer and Lenten Days, with accompanying ouzo par excellence!
Here it was prepared to be pickled, to be closed in our most transparent jars and to be able to enjoy it as a precious meze whenever we want!

Octopus boiled and flavored in a Court-bouillon, meaning «short broth». This is an intensely flavored vegetable broth, spices and aromatic herbs (bouquet garni) and which contain an acidic ingredient such as vinegar, wine or lemon juice. Court-bouillon is usually for poaching, need not be elaborate, used for the preparation of crustaceans (lobster) and other seafood and is very simple, because the broth is not generally served as part of the end plate.
