Syrupy Cake with Chocolate Sprinkles is a familiar, classic in our «neighborhood» and across the Atlantic since the chocolate sprinkles were named in Boston New England «chocolate jimmies» and sprinkled with it their ice creams. This name referred directly to black Americans. Over the years the word has lost its meaning for them and preferred not to continue to use this racist expression!
It reminds us of old tastes and favorites. The «ant» cake is a delicious syrupy chocolate cake coated with cocoa cream and black chocolate sprinkles everywhere, inside and out. It is a cumbersome recipe, but this cake's flavors and aromas will delight you.

Nocino Walnut Liqueur

Nocino Walnut Liqueur
Nocino is an Italian liqueur with very dark color and made from small green walnuts while still unripe.
There are many recipes for this liqueur, with several days of exposure to sun, etc. I preferred a short and simple process with the only difference that in this case you let it for 6-7 months to mature the flavor and bring out the aromas.
Adding lemon peel reduces the astringent taste of the liqueur. If you have easy access to walnut trees, try to make this lovely, traditional, homemade liqueur.

Irish Coffee is an alcoholic cocktail made with Irish whiskey, hot, very hot coffee, brown sugar and cream. The standard and formal specifications of the components and proportions of Irish Coffee is defined by the IBA, the International Bartenders Association.
My proposal has not Irish whiskey but Scottish. It has, however, a further "misconduct" light sprinkling of nutmeg cream, for tension in the aroma, as it will penetrated by the warm vapors of whiskey and coffee, and gets … better in the photograph!

Beautiful, bright, clear orange color for this, no ordinary liquor, prickly pear liqueur. A quite rare liqueur, since there are few "brave", which will deal with the Prickly Pears.

Whiskey Burger

Whiskey Burger

Juicy, spicy and drunk with whiskey super burger to deliciously accompany male population that will be "camping" in the living room or on our terrace with the first whistle of the referee for the start of Mundial 2014!
They will love them. Do not forget that the older children always remain children and junk food is their first choice!
Knead fluffy homemade burger buns and make a very spicy sauce full in whiskey. Packing them with crispy bacon and melted cheddar (no lettuce and the like, sinful). Sprinkle with lots of wavy chips of barbecue taste and put on the edge of each dish chili peppers Jalapeños pickle, to fire up the blood even more, to intensify ecstasy and passion and adrenaline flowing more abundant than beer.
Take care, do not forget them outside of the refrigerator, huh? Sacrilege…
