Black-eyed Pea Salad

The dish has its own story to the delicious offerings of our two kitchens, with several tests -since everybody likes salmon- to become a family affair and to create what we now recommend only to you as a first publication. All kudos belong to the younger family chef, in her the only.

Chicken Salad

Hearty and very tasty salad, made with chicken cooked along with vegetables. Made through any meat is in the refrigerator and not consumed. We can prepare it with ready spit roast chicken (even more delicious) or the remaining of a huge turkey, that was left because many ignored its presence and only ate the filling and the accompanying. Fresh Dip of Tzatziki

The traditional Greek Tzatziki is the most famous dish of Greek Cuisine and of our favorite summer dishes. Variations are also known throughout middle east.
The Fresh Dip of Tzatziki contains sheep's greek yoghurt and fresh cucumber grated. The refreshing taste makes it a perfect companion for a variety of dishes, such as roasted, fried or raw vegetables, various vegetable meatballs (tomato balls, zucchini fritters, κ.λπ.) stuffed vines leaves, grilled meat, oven french fries or baked stuffed vegetables, as well as a basic ingredient in our favorite Greek kebab or fresh bread.
The ultimate dominant in the accompanying and appetizers is the wonderful, intense and fresh taste, with very spicy presence of garlic to balance perfectly with velvet yogurt and herbs!

The classic Niçoise salad is a famous salad from Nice, France. Today it has spread to all over the world, since it is so tasty and beloved by many.

The mustard with whole grains is much more palatable than the other common ones. Spices, each alone is very fragrant and combined tantalise the taste of the dish into which will be added. Finally a little bit of spring onion and fresh parsley add color and flavor to all.

It's tradition in Greece at March 25 and October 28 to consume as a nation a delicious meal of Greek cuisine. This is the salted cod and of course the necessary accompaniment, the garlic sauce.
Today reversing the usual order of rotation of posts to the blog, which require a dessert I propose Garlic with Turmeric. The turmeric gives the garlic a nice and bright yellow color. Asparagus Skewers

Asparagus Skewers
Greek asparagus, cultured, fresh, tender and crunchy. Eaten raw in a salad. Here were wrapped with bacon and were skewered. Grilled briefly and accompanied with a sweet-spicy mayonnaise sauce with chopped red pepper pickle.
