Chinese Almond Cookies

Chinese Almond Cookies
These cookies are the traditional and easiest dessert to celebrate Chinese New Year, the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. It does not have a fixed date, in 2022 it was February 1 and the celebrations lasted 15 days.
As familiar as its ingredients are to us, it is nevertheless one of the most popular Chinese Pastries. They are made in every home and everyone contributes with them to the Chinese New Year Table. They are very easy to make and complete in less than 30 minutes. It is even said that they bring good luck in the New Year!
Super simple and clean materials that you probably already have in your closet. They are crunchy and buttery with a small amount of almond or vanilla extract and definitely a favorite in the crowd, young and old. In ours I replaced the sugar with Stevia, you choose what you like.

Noblice Biscuits
The Aristocratic Biscuits, as clearly stated by their name, is a product originating in Serbia but it is also found in the Czech Republic and Croatia.
It is a two-colored stuffed vanilla biscuit and cocoa in a sandwich form with intermediate filling of hazelnut and cocoa, as Nutella or Merenda. With a wonderful, unique, nostalgic buttery texture, which makes them crumble and melt in your mouth and the palate to enjoy a wave of flavors and fragrances. Cheese Mousse with Lingonberries
Lingonberry is a native plant that forms a bush in Scandinavia with edible, red, small fruits and has a far history in Nordic cuisine, which uses them in many dishes, fresh or frozen.
Jam with lingon-lingonberry jam, in the form of canned we knew and loved through the «IKEA», where served escorting the Swedish meatballs and where you can purchase it.
Here it was used as a base to place on it a fluffy mousse mascarpone cheese cream, cool, mild in sweetness thanks to stevia and very light taste.

I propose a simple and easy recipe to try out and enjoy raspberries with all their flavor. Crackers cookies, spread with a light lemon mascarpone cream cheese without much sugar, just 2 teaspoons stevia or powdered sugar and fresh raspberries around the cream.

Chocolate Panna Cotta made with stevia, dark chocolate and bathed with a lovely sauce of forest fruit. Strong sour tones onto a soft, velvety and intensive Cream Chocolate panna cotta.
The process is simple. Make the cream with milk, sour cream and dark chocolate. You chill it in the fridge until it's time to pour over it with sufficiently striking red fruit sauce. You need some waiting time but do not be anxious, the result will justify your continence.
You enjoy spoonfuls of velvety cream, with lots of red, heady sauce and chocolate.

A traditional dessert, which is made with many phyllo sheets, folded well to close within their fluffy and fragrant cream. The top is sprinkled with a white cloud of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
It's also a favorite street food, along with the cheese pie is a quick snack for passersby or tourists.
Made with Stevia and no eggs it is a dessert for dieters or for those that for some reason do not want to consume sugar but also do not want to be deprived of their favorite flavors. You choose.

Apple Tart

Crushed biscuit base, delicious crème pâtissière with cream and browned apple slices is the composition of this tart, with a strong presence of the aroma of cinnamon!
