Apple & Pear Tart with Stevia

Apple & Pear Tart with Stevia
This unique apple-pear tart is based on a large amount of fruit in relation to the tiny amount of whipped cake mix. Do not be surprised by the amount of puree. There will be perfect, in my view, results. These ratios give us a light in taste, texture, and tart apple calories.
A quick and delicious way to consume fruits, which accumulate in our fridge, and enjoy a very tasty dessert for our Sunday breakfast.

  • The basic idea is much fruit chopped, almost transparent, and little gruel.
  • The tart is relatively unsweetened, so for those who want it, served with extra powdered sugar on top and with Caramel Sauce.
  • Use whatever and how many fruits you want.
