Pasta with Smoked Salmon in Creamy Sauce
Spaghetti bathed with a white creamy sauce -we adore- combined with smoked salmon to give them their wonderful smoky taste and plenty of green onion and chives. Of course (!) Vodka, which so much like in salmon, will help in the taste of this dish.
What else to say, to say that white pasta, pasta with white sauce, combined with some seafood, is one of our favorite macaroni. Although you are unable to make this combination make this macaroni and enjoy it!

Spinach, Mushrooms & Feta Quiche
When I make a tart of fresh vegetables, mixed with other different ingredients, I try to guess what its taste will be in the final result. How much the ingredients have blended together and how balanced their proportions are in salt & spices. And as always, I add something extra to correct the taste of bringing it to my palate worries. This time I chose to replace a simple black pepper with the four peppers with the coriander from the infinite jars of my kitchen. Wonderful aromas, delicate peppery smells, all combined with refinement…
The puff pastry leaf, deliciously crunchy, closed everything I prepared for an hour. I cut ribbons from the dough sheet that was left over for the final & defining layer on its face, creating my own galaxy spiral centered on a star, my family enjoyed it and I received extra kiss, it was the first of May you see!

Pulses are known as the food of the people from ancient times. The proteins they contain may be substituted to some extent the animal proteins, necessary for human nutrition. They are rich sources of complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, forming an integral part of the Mediterranean diet.
The Black-eyed beans and lentils contain large amounts of iron.
The black-eyed salad is very easy and quick to make, since they do not need to be soaked for many hours like other legumes. Season with aromatic herbs and spring onion, garnish with black olives, Capers & roasted pepper and thus enjoy a very satisfying dish rich in flavor and nutritional value.

Marinated Salmon Fillets

Marinated Salmon Fillets
Roast fillet of fresh salmon, marinated in a tasty and spicy sauce made from soy sauce, green onion, crushed garlic, hot red chilli pepper and ginger. The total time -preparation and baking to have served ready to our table- is only 40'. To remain juicy and irresistibly delicious bake only 10'-15'.
The dish has its own story to the delicious offerings of our two kitchens, with several tests -since everybody likes salmon- to become a family affair and to create what we now recommend only to you as a first publication. All kudos belong to the younger family chef, in her the only.
Try it. Mandatory and only parameter to make this dish and enjoy the tasty dynamics is to like salmon, leave the rest to us!

Shrimp Fried Rice
I love Chinese Cuisine, the way we enjoy it the western restaurants, but also that Chinese Cuisine, we find in the place that created it! This classic dish of fried rice with shrimp is a quick and easy recipe in restaurant style.
Shrimp, rice, eggs, green onions and bean sprouts in a jar, because in Greece is not always possible to find fresh bean sprouts.
We use steamed or boiled rice, ideally from the previous day, that is dry enough. So it will be less sensitive to mixing and will become even better at least in terms of aesthetics…
Cook over high heat for a short time and with quick movements. So we need to have everything you need ready, cleaned and cut to the corner, the workbench.

Older cooks from us, certainly they know it and cook it excellently. But there are newer, which would like to try to make it. It's a bit troublesome with regard to cleaning the vegetables and the artichoke, but it is a tasty and healthy food. The vegetables, sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber, are cooked easily and quickly and still remain juicy and delicious.
