They are very easy to make and complete in less than 30 minutes. It is even said that they bring good luck in the New Year!
Super simple and clean materials that you probably already have in your closet. They are crunchy and buttery with a small amount of almond or vanilla extract and definitely a favorite in the crowd, young and old. In ours I replaced the sugar with Stevia, you choose what you like.

Greek Halva
This here, Semolina Halva is young, handsome and scandalous, without question or hesitation, he also has a caramelized taste like an extra bonus in the suitcase with his dowry. Custard Filled Pastry Torte-Galaktoboureko, festive and favorite!
AND YES we celebrated a Birthday with this syrupy dessert and it eaten to be lukewarm, consumed with great appetite and some (everyone?!?) loved it!
Simplifying the procedures in the dilemma of the term «Birthday Cake» the decision was made and the balance was set in this suggestion here as time and conditions were very limited… It Just very easy with ingredients like fine semolina to make air-foam pastry cream, fresh butter, crunchy pastry sheets, fresh eggs and a light aroma syrup orange. Classic, that is, without the risk of failure and with the phyllo making small crisp nests to embrace the cream. Decorated with a little orange jam and grated pistachio.

When I make a tart of fresh vegetables, mixed with other different ingredients, I try to guess what its taste will be in the final result. How much the ingredients have blended together and how balanced their proportions are in salt & spices. And as always, I add something extra to correct the taste of bringing it to my palate worries. This time I chose to replace a simple black pepper with the four peppers with the coriander from the infinite jars of my kitchen. Wonderful aromas, delicate peppery smells, all combined with refinement…
The puff pastry leaf, deliciously crunchy, closed everything I prepared for an hour. I cut ribbons from the dough sheet that was left over for the final & defining layer on its face, creating my own galaxy spiral centered on a star, my family enjoyed it and I received extra kiss, it was the first of May you see!

The Bread will, however, be the king of the brunch. Oh, eaten and plain, especially plain!

These cute cheese pies, with beautiful yoghurt dough, are done as easily as we can not imagine. The process is time-consuming but straightforward thanks to the yoghurt dough, which gives us supple, velvety, trouble-free management and good results dough.
These pies are great, even with various or different stuffings οn the table, buffet and healthy snacks at school and at work because even cold is still irresistible, delicious, crisp and very special.
