Fifteen of August and the current dessert was chosen to be white, summer, airy like icing veil that surrounds it. Also to be able to offer our mild sweet tones and light flavors. It is a Mille Feuille with filo pastry biscuits and Orange Cream successive repetitive layers and culminating in a light cream whipped cream, sprinkled with roasted almonds and icing sugar.

Zucchini Pie with Greek Feta
Rich in flavor and ingredients savory pies are the basis of Greek cuisine. The pumpkin pie became favorite and delicious meal. Spicy feta cheese, fresh zucchini, sweet carrot, leek, green onion and herbs are combined into a crispy, 'village' style fillo pastry for necessary rustic texture, sprinkled with plenty of sesame. The difference is the addition of a soda soft drink can, which makes it incredibly fluffy, light, and airy.
It is unlikely to last more than a day even if it seems huge! It is done to fill hungry stomachs. The day this was served was a busy day, dedicated to painting and the appetite opens by working.

Yogurt, semolina, eggs and sweet orange preserve. All are mixed together to a cream, and these simple but so important to their taste, ingredients. The sweet overwhelm the flavor and aroma.

The pie with the rather strange title is a pie with a variety of processed cheese in the pot and a narrow family recipe, which is now publicly available for the first time in Greek blogo-events…
The cheeses, therefore, of this cheese pie mix and boil until you get a cream, as they were before they became cheese. To their composition add eggs, milk, semolina and it is ready to enter into the pan and give us a unique salty delicacy.
Certainly not recommended as a diet dish, but it is certain that the taste will compensate any guilt created. Recommended for our large family tables, where gathered numerous friends and relatives, so just like we often do, and there will surely appreciated.

Eggplant & Meat Pie
Pies are a relatively easy, tasty, hearty and… and ultimately have only positive signs to adjectives and our palate.
One more pie therefore eggplant pie this time, with whole chunks of eggplant, fried and mixed with delicious minced beef, finished with cognac. The cream béchamel, is added to give the taste intensity and consistency.
The choice of adding the dry cottage cheese is to highlight the flavors of the cake with the saltiness and authenticity of a simple, traditional but delicious cheese. Taken together, wrapped in phyllo pastry and the final reason is the oven where the cake comes to complete the whole process.

Bougatsa with Stevia
Bougatsa with stevia, egg-free and with a very light semolina cream.
A traditional dessert, which is made with many phyllo sheets, folded well to close within their fluffy and fragrant cream. The top is sprinkled with a white cloud of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
It's also a favorite street food, along with the cheese pie is a quick snack for passersby or tourists.
Made with Stevia and no eggs it is a dessert for dieters or for those that for some reason do not want to consume sugar but also do not want to be deprived of their favorite flavors. You choose.

Easy Savory Cheese Pie-Patsavouropita
Easy, traditional browned and very lazy cheese pie but definitely very tasty. It is not very dietary since its content is very calorie thick. With enough cheese, butter and milk, mixed in a cream roux to form the filling. The phyllo sheets are cut into small pieces to create a substrate, on top of which the cream will spread, and will cover it.

Favorite pie, traditional pie, lenten pie, with delicious aromatic herbs of the Spring. Everyone likes it and gets eaten with an appetite.
The greens are in abundance in the wild to gather ourselves, or at the grocery store or farmer's market. Look for them.
The diversity and composition of the individual components may vary, but that it is always delicious. It can be made with ready phyllo for more convenience. Wrapped in a circle and forms a large snail. Baked in the oven to become crisp and browned.
