Chicken Fillet with Mushrooms
Boneless chicken leg fillets without skin in red sauce. They are delicious, accompanied by mushrooms, carrots, green peppers and black or green olives. They are flavored with white wine and spices, such as Star Anise, cinnamon, cloves and peppercorns. Its final taste is reminiscent of a stew!
They are easy to cook and you can combine them with noodles, Rice, "Fried" Potatoes or Sesame, but even without them it's a complete dish.

Pear Tarte Tatin
This is one of my favorites autumnal desserts. With a puff pastry sheet and a few nice fruits we have in a short time a delicious & aromatic caramel dessert.
Tarte Tatin is traditionally made with apples without excluding the other fruits if we want to get away from the mundane. A Tart with rounded, whole caramel pears, flavored with 9 spices is a super-tasting, smell-like suggestion. The puff pastry leaf is impregnated with the flavored caramel and becomes crisp and delicious.
If you it want to become even more fancy, accompany it with ice cream but you should know that the Anglo-Saxons combine it with the simple classic cream and it is extremely good and has the virtue of simplicity. We added extra roasted & grated almond and enjoyed it pleasantly.

Here we propose a great solution for an ideal and light dessert will like. Baked pears in ruby pomegranate syrup are beautiful and festive! It is much more tempting than a typical fruit salad… If you need a companion I would suggest little Greek yogurt, bathed with grenadine and nothing else.

The King of Meze in the Greek Summer and Lenten Days, with accompanying ouzo par excellence!
Here it was prepared to be pickled, to be closed in our most transparent jars and to be able to enjoy it as a precious meze whenever we want!

Octopus boiled and flavored in a Court-bouillon, meaning «short broth». This is an intensely flavored vegetable broth, spices and aromatic herbs (bouquet garni) and which contain an acidic ingredient such as vinegar, wine or lemon juice. Court-bouillon is usually for poaching, need not be elaborate, used for the preparation of crustaceans (lobster) and other seafood and is very simple, because the broth is not generally served as part of the end plate.

Sweet Semolina Halva with Honey
An aromatic semolina halva so apropos due to fasting and specific, due to the addition of honey.
The honey gives the halva a more soft sweetness compared with sugar, and so it becomes -let's say- somewhat more healthy. The orange gives it extra wonderful aroma. All the rest do the spices. Sesame Seed Cookies
Cookies fluffy on the inside but crispy outside, sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds for a sweet bite that will accompany the hot beverage of choice, but also plain not inferior in any way, they are equally delicious.
The asteroid anise gives them a light fragrance and very discriminating taste. The sugar they contain is little, so just enough to be distinguishable in our palate.

Prickly Pear Liqueur

Prickly Pear Liqueur
Beautiful, bright, clear orange color for this, no ordinary liquor, prickly pear liqueur. A quite rare liqueur, since there are few "brave", which will deal with the Prickly Pears.
Prickly pears found in nature and can be cut with great care, but there are in supermarkets packaged in transparent packages whose spines have been removed, and is the safest and easiest way to treat and remove their peel.

Chicken Pie with Avocado

Oven Baked Quinces

Quinces baked in the oven, with sweet wine, aromatic spices like cinnamon and star anise.
Very tasty, very fragrant! What is fascinating about this delicacy, apart from the smell, is its color. Grilled quinces have a bright red-orange shade like purple sunrise. You have to make them just for the color. The trouble is zero and the time just 15'. Just to cut them in 4, sprinkle with red sweet wine and put them in the oven.
