This is one of my favorites autumnal desserts. With a puff pastry sheet and a few nice fruits we have in a short time a delicious & aromatic caramel dessert.
Tarte Tatin is traditionally made with apples without excluding the other fruits if we want to get away from the mundane. A Tart with rounded, whole caramel pears, flavored with 9 spices is a super-tasting, smell-like suggestion. The puff pastry leaf is impregnated with the flavored caramel and becomes crisp and delicious.
If you it want to become even more fancy, accompany it with ice cream but you should know that the Anglo-Saxons combine it with the simple classic cream and it is extremely good and has the virtue of simplicity. We added extra roasted & grated almond and enjoyed it pleasantly.

Strong caramel flavors for this new proposal Bread Pudding Leche Flan (Crème Caramel-Leche Flan), as we have become accustomed to call.
A Caramel Cream with Brazilian roots, with toast bread (or stale easter brioche bread) baked in the oven in a bain- marie until thick cream and gain caramel beautiful color on the surface. It is soft in texture, like all creams, with slight caramel aromas and colors. A mild sweetness whipped cream to serve it more elegantly, flavors and beautifies it.

Banoffee Pie
Banoffee Pie is an English dessert, which is made from bananas, caramel cream by boiling the milk and sweetened whipped cream. The base is crushed cookies and butter or a simple base dough.
Here the Banoffee (banana & toffee) was made into individual portions, consisting as a first layer, of a base of biscuit and nuts, roasted & crushed hazelnuts. A second layer of caramel cream, a third layer of banana slices and finally lots of whipped cream, sprinkled with grated chocolate, cocoa and caramel cubes. Yours!

Fridge torte with hazelnut praline, cherry preserve and roasted & caramelised hazelnuts. Successive ladyfinger layers and whipped cream with different flavors each.

Parfait Ice Cream with Turmeric

Parfait Ice Cream with turmeric, chopped blanched roasted almonds and bergamot spoon sweet!
Delicious, homemade, frozen delicacy for pleasant summer flavors at our table.
Easy and quick to make, without specialized ice cream maker since it does not need continuous stirring. It will not form ice crystals.
Turmeric gives it a beautiful, pale yellow nuance, on top of its beneficial properties.

Banana Turon
Dessert and fruit together!
Culinary delicacy, with pieces of banana wrapped in a soft phylo pastry sheet and caramelized with light brown sugar.
It is very easy to make, very quick, with a fruit that we have, almost always, in our kitchen.
