Fish Fillet Pan-Fried with Turmeric

Ingredients (3 servings)

  • 2 fillets/ 1kg (2.2 lbs) Pangasius, frozen
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 orange, zest
  • olive oil for frying
Cut each fillet into three. In a wide pan mix the flour with spices and immerse the pieces of filet to be sprinkled well.
Pour oil in the pan to get hot. Fry well the fish for a few minutes and a few pieces at a time.
Turn them carefully with forceps by the other hand to fry and get golden.
Remove them from the pan and rest them on absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve with salad and a good dose garlic dip.
