![]() Wash the chicken fillet very well, drain it in a colander and cut it into bite-sized pieces. In a wok or large non-stick frying pan, heat the oil. In a deep plate, put the cornflour and add the chicken pieces, a little at a time, to coat them well. Put them in the frying pan to fry well on all sides. |
![]() Turn them several times until they turn golden brown. When we have fried them all, remove them to a plate and set them aside for a while. |
![]() Now in the same pan add the chopped vegetables, melted garlic and ginger. Mix well. |
