Dried Fruit & Nut Loaf

Dried Fruit and Nut Loaf
This cake is for snacking, you take it in your lap -its shape helps- and start to chop bites by hand that go directly in the mouth. With a coffee cup to facilitate swallowing. You disappear it, then, in no time and let others wonder…
Dehydrated / dried fruit give it flavor. Some of these are slightly candied. Drizzled with warm honey and sprinkled with almond flakes surface helps flavor intensity. Let me not forget to praise you on how fluffy it was, but… it looks like it, I think, so you save yourself the verbiage!
