Ingredients (12 Cupcakes)

  • 250g (8.8oz) self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 130g (4.6oz) fine sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g (5.3oz) milk
  • 150g (5.3oz) vegetable oil
  • 30g (1.1oz) melted butter
In a mixing bowl put the milk, the oil, the butter, the eggs and the sugar.
Beat with the whisk to combine the ingredients and add the flour with baking powder.
Gently mix to make a mixture.
Fill almost to the top 12 cases for muffins in which you have put the special papers.
Bake in preheated air oven at 180℃ (356℉, Gas Mark:4.2) for ~15'. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.

Cheese Frosting

  • 200g (7.1oz) cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 50g (1.8oz) melted butter
  • sprinkles, to decorate
Put all the ingredients for coating, except for colored sugar, in a bowl.
Beat them with a hand mixer until it becomes a uniform cream, try if you like the sweetness and add a little sugar powder.
Put the glaze on a cake decorating bag and then in the fridge for when you need it.
When the capes have cooled completely decorate them with rosettes from the cream cheese you have made and sprinkle them with colored blue sugar or whatever you like.
Eaten neat or with glaze.
