Baked Sea Bream in Foil

One of the easiest and most effective way to cook fish is to wrap them in aluminum foil. All the flavors are left in the wrapper and permeate the flesh of the fish during cooking. We use simple ingredients and very fresh fish for best results.
The recipe requires very few ingredients, but you will be pleasantly surprised with the flavors. The bream is delicious fish big enough with a lot of flesh, whatever you need for the oven. Stuffed with parsley, garlic and olives. The tomatoes give color and additional flavor.
A Low Carb dish, suitable for those who prefer a diet without carbohydrates.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 large bream
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 olives, in vinegar
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 shot olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt & pepper
Peel, wash and drain well the fish.
Finely chop the parsley and the garlic into slices.
Salt and pepper the belly of the fish and put in a little parsley, a little garlic and 2 olives.

…the remaining olives and remaining garlic. Sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Wrap the sea bream in greaseproof paper and over it with aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F, Gas 5.7) for ~35'-40'.
With scissors rips the wrapper and put them on the grill for a while, until golden. Away from the grill to avoid burning the paper.
Serve with a little lemon and boiled vegetables.
