Cook the sausages for 2'-3'. Drain and let cool. |
Cut the bacon into four, if the slices are large. Wrap each strip of bacon around the sausages. Fasten with a toothpick and place in ovenproof dish. |
![]() Bake on grill for 10 minutes until the bacon becomes golden and crunchy. Meanwhile prepare the sauce by mixing ketcup with mayonaise. Stir and taste. Add a little by little to get the desired color and flavor. |

They look delicious. I also use mayonnaise and ketchup for a dip, but I always chop a small chillie into as well with a little cider vinegar. Just gives it a bit of kick :) Diane
