Ingredients (8 servings)

Melt the butter and leave for a little aside to cool. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites into meringue. |

Grease a mold with a detachable base. Wash and dry the grape berries, black or white (seedless), and spread them at the base of the mold. |

Beating the meringue add gradually the stevia (or sugar)… |
…flour, baking powder and almond meal. |

Mix, with a spatula, the melted butter. |

Finally add the roasted pine nuts and honey. Stir to make a thick batter. |
Pour the mixture into the mold, on top of the grapes. |

Bake in preheated oven at 170°C/ 340°F/ Gas 4 for 30' or as needed to cook. Test with the blade of a knife to come out clean. Remove from the oven, let cool on a rack and overturn on a platter. |
The sweetness of this Clafoutis depends on how sweet the grapes are.

Je dois dire que ta recette me fait très envie ,elle semble bien délicieuse , j'aime également cuisiner le raisin frais en dessert ( rarement du noir ) alors je garde ta recette pour la tester avant la fin de l'été
