Cinnamon-Raisin Biscuits

Ingredients (∼20 biscuits)

  • 260 gr (9.2 oz) flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp αλάτι
  • 120 gr (4.2 oz) cold butter
  • 70 gr (2.5 oz) blonde sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp carnation
  • 60 gr (2.1 oz) raisins
  • 60 gr (2.1 oz) chocolate drops
  • 100 gr (3.5 oz) milk
Into the flour mix the baking powder and salt.
In your food processor, add the mixture of flour, butter cut into small cubes, spices and sugar.

Add the raisins and milk piecewise. If necessary add a little more milk until you have a smooth texture.
Collect the dough onto the work surface, slightly floured surface. Incorporate the chocolate drops. No knead.
Take a small amount of yeast and mold balls. Place them in the oven sheet covered with wax paper.
If the dough sticks, wet lightly your palms or use spoon.
Sprinkle with a little blonde sugar.
You can make with the same mix to make biscuits, crafting one minute baton.
Bake at 180°C (356°F, Gas 4.2) for 15'-18'. Remove the pan from the oven and, if you made a cane, cut into diagonal slices 1cm (0.4 inches) and put it back in the oven for 5'-7'.
