Ingredients (20 snacks)

  • 200g (7.1 oz) fresh cream cheese
  • 200g (7.1 oz) smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp mustard grain
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • some red caviar
  • sliced bread for canapes
  • cucumber round slices
In food processor or blender you put the cream cheese, the mustard and 150g (5.3 oz) of salmon.
Beat for a few minutes and add the lemon juice. With a silicone spatula clean and collect the spread mixture from the sides of the blender.
Beat it for a while until a you have a smooth mixture, a fluffy mousse.
Fill with the mixture a piping bag with a star nozzle, and put a small amount on each roll or cucumber washer.
Garnish with the remaining salmon, cut into small pieces, with red caviar or caviar substitute, with a small twig dill or lemon zest. They become festive and irresistible!

If needed refrigerate a little the piping bag with the mixture of mousse.
