So soft, tender and easy!
They have a mild sweetness and flavor to go for all kinds bready pleasures:
Warm-hot to accompany our leisurely breakfast, spread with butter, praline, honey or jam, and reasonably firm, so as not to break down from the knife. They become accompanying bread for our meal, so we can make wonderful dips in our favorite sauce. In small balls the are made savory-looking sandwich for our festive party, for kids and not only, and certainly they become delicious buns for burgers. In short enjoy as daily bread and make your day.

Soft Rolls

Ingredients (8 Bread Rolls)

  • 300g flour for all uses
  • 10g (2½ tsp) baking powder
  • 100g olive oil
  • 250g yoghurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk & a little milk for spreads
In bowl pour the oil, yogurt and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon or whisk. Add gradually, sifting the flour with sugar and salt. We keep a bit towards the end and add if needed from the dough.
When the dough begins to tighten leave the whisk and knead by hand very gently and for very little.
With the dough forms a ball, which set aside, covered with a towel, for 10'.
Prepare the baking pan paving with nonstick paper.
Divide the dough into 6 or 8 pieces (depending on the size you want) and mold balls. Place them on the pan and widen slightly with your palms if you want buns for burgers. Brush with the egg-milk mixture.
Bake in preheated oven on the middle shelf at 185℃ (365℉, Gas:4.6) for 20'. Remove them from the oven and let them on wire rack to cool.
