![]() In a small bowl, pour the oil, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix them for a while with a fork. In another larger bowl, pour the sieved flour and all other dry ingredients except the chocolate drops. |
![]() Mix well and add the liquid mixture of the small bowl into the mixture with the cereals. Stir well to mix and become a tight dough. |
![]() Finally add the drops of chocolate to be incorporated into the dough. Chocolate drops tend to slip away but with little effort will unite with the dough. |
![]() Take a small amount of dough and create a ball between your palms. Place it on a shallow baking sheet covered with non-stick paper. Repeat the process until the buiscuit dough is finished. Put them apart. |
![]() Bake in a preheated oven with air at 170℃ (338℉, Gas Mark:3.5) για 12′-14′ or until sides are slightly golden. |
