Ingredients (~18 biscuits)

  • 120g (4.2oz) cereal muesli
  • 130g (4.6oz) flour for all uses
  • 50g (1.8oz) cranberries chopped or raisins
  • 50g (1.8oz) blond sugar
  • 70g (2.5oz) vegetable oil
  • 100g (3.5oz) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50g (1.8oz) chocolate drops
In a small bowl, pour the oil, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix them for a while with a fork. In another larger bowl, pour the sieved flour and all other dry ingredients except the chocolate drops.
Mix well and add the liquid mixture of the small bowl into the mixture with the cereals. Stir well to mix and become a tight dough.
Finally add the drops of chocolate to be incorporated into the dough. Chocolate drops tend to slip away but with little effort will unite with the dough.
Take a small amount of dough and create a ball between your palms. Place it on a shallow baking sheet covered with non-stick paper. Repeat the process until the buiscuit dough is finished. Put them apart.
Bake in a preheated oven with air at 170℃ (338℉, Gas Mark:3.5) για 12′-14′ or until sides are slightly golden.
