Chicken with Beer and Honey

Chicken fillet with sauce beer / honey. Spicy, tasty fillet light, in a delicious sauce of caramelized onions and mustard Dijon.
Accompany them, with all red candied cherry tomatoes, a light salad, or whatever else you like and enjoy every bite of this tasty dish.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 kg (2.2 lbl)/ 4 fillets, chicken breast
  • salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 2 small onions, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150 ml (5.1 floz) beer
  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Cherry Tomatoes, candied

  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
Put the oil in a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high temperature.
Salt and pepper the fillets on all sides and place in a row in the pan.
Bake 8 min - 10 min or so on each side, until they have a beautiful ruby color.
When ready, remove from the pan and keep warm.
In addition, if desired, a few cherry tomatoes lightly cherried, to accompany the chicken.
In the same pan, add the slices of onions and let them shine slightly. Stir.
After a while add the soy sauce and the beer. Mix and scratch with a wooden spatula, remnants of fried chicken (deglassing).
Allow to boil the ingredients together, to mingle the flavors, and to evaporate the alcohol of the beer.
Add the honey and mustard.
At the end put the steaks back to the pan, barely infused with the sauce and it's aromas.
Remove from heat and serve.
