Salmon Tart
For a hearty meal, that is quick and easy, make this delicious soufflé pie, with smoked salmon and enjoy it, drinking white wine, slightly chilled. It is very tasty and you will like it.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 200 gr (7.1 oz) smoked salmon
  • 200 ml (6.8 floz) double cream
  • 200 gr (7.1 oz) mascarpone cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 3 tbsp grated cheese
In a Pyrex glass baking dish, spread the pastry, make holes with a fork and bake it in preheated oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas Mark 4, for 10'.
Beat together, the double cream, the mascarpone cheese, and the eggs. In the mixture, add chopped dill, the pieces of chopped salmon and 3 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Put the mixture in the roasted base of the tart and sprinkle on the top with a little more of the cheese.
Bake the tart at 180°C (356°F, Gas Mark 4.2), for about 20' until you get a beautiful red color. Serve warm and decorate with a little dill.
