|   Ingredients (2 servings)
 |   Peel, wash and wipe the potatoes.  Grate on the coarse side of the grater. |  
Heat half the butter in a pan with Ø18 cm/ Ø7.1", over medium heat. | 
|   Put the grated potato, stir a little, for the butter to go everywhere, and press firmly with a spatula to combine the crumbs. |   When it is cooked and golden on bottom, cover the pan with a dish that fits tightly… |  
…and overturn.  Put the pancake back in the pan and cook the other side. With the same procedure prepare the second pancake. | 
 You can use a larger diameter pan and make a big pancake, which should not exceed one cm/½". You can also make them much smaller.
