Prawn & Basil Spaghetti

Spaghetti with prawns, with a strong taste of garlic, pepper and white wine.
A dish of spaghetti, made quickly and easily, with strong flavors and intense aromas!
Serve sprinkled with aromatic basil.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 400 gr/ 14.1 oz spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 gr/ 1.1 lbs prawns, peeled
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 150 ml/ 5.1 floz dry white wine
  • salt & pepper
  • little basil
Boil the spaghetti in lightly salted water for 8'-10'.
At the same time heat the olive oil in a pan, add the prawns and cook over high heat for 2'.
Add garlic crushed in a garlic press…
… the red chili flakes, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the wine…
…and let it boil.
Drain the spaghetti, place the prawns in the mixture, stir and serve with a little basil.
