Black Grape Smoothie

Refreshing, summery, viscous, pure and healthy Smoothie Low Carb, with black grape, packed in antioxidants, with bananas, light yogurt and crushed ice.
The smoothie is one, beaten in a blender, blend made ​​from fresh or frozen fruits and in special cases may contain chocolate, honey or syrup.
Enjoyed pleasantly and gives physical satiety, fullness and coolness. Add lots of ice cubes and extend your enjoyment of refreshing.

Ingredients (2 glasses ∼700 gr -1.5 lbs)

  • 200 gr (7.1 oz)greek yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 350 gr (12.3 oz) seedless black grapes
  • 50 gr (1.8 oz) milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • mint leaves, for garnish
In the blender add in turn yogurt, and bananas cut into slices.
The washed berries of the grape…
…the milk…
…and the ice cubes.
Beat in blender on high speed for a split second and the smoothie is ready.
We fill our glasses, add extra ice, a few mint leaves, 2 straws, and hanging out under a palm tree (if we find one who might not have visited the red beetle) or, in the end, under an umbrella … and dream!
