Refreshing, summery, viscous, pure and healthy Smoothie Low Carb, with black grape, packed in antioxidants, with bananas, light yogurt and crushed ice.
The smoothie is one, beaten in a blender, blend made from fresh or frozen fruits and in exceptional cases may contain chocolate, honey, or syrup.
It is enjoyed pleasantly and gives physical satiety, fullness, and coolness. Add lots of ice cubes and extend your enjoyment of refreshing.

Black Grape Smoothie - Low Carb

Ingredients (2 glasses ∼700g -1.5lbs)

  • 200g (7.1 oz)greek yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 350g (12.3 oz) seedless black grapes
  • 50g (1.8 oz) milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • mint leaves, for garnish
In the blender add in turn yogurt, and bananas cut into slices.
The washed berries of the grape…
… the milk…
… and the ice cubes.
Beat in blender on high speed for a split second and the smoothie is ready.
