Ingredients (8-10 rolls)

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • ham in thin slices
  • cheese in slices
  • 40g (1.4oz) butter
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
Roll the pastry onto the workbench with the long side facing us. Spread in a row the ham slices to cover the entire sheet.
Over the ham lay the slices of cheese to cover the entire surface.
Roll gently from the long side until you have a nice roll and leave it with the union down.
Cut the roll into 8-10 slices of thickness 2-2,5 cm (0.8-1 in).
Place the cut rolls in distance in a baking pan, onto greaseproof paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉, Gas:4.2) για 30′.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce. In a saucepan put the butter, half the poppy seeds, pepper, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Allow to melt the butter and mix the ingredients. Mix.
Halfway through the cooking remove the rolls from the oven and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of poppy seeds and put it back in the oven.
Till they rise, are cooked and browned.
