Prosciutto Rolls

Freshly cut prosciutto, sweet melon, soft emmental, "peppery" rocket and red pepper come together in an exquisite delicacy with savory-sweet flavors.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 12 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 12 sticks emmental cheese
  • 12 sticks melon
  • 12 thin strips red pepper
  • 24 rocket leaves
Wash and dry the arugula and pepper. Cut the slices of melon, the pepper and the cheese sticks.
Spread the slices of prosciutto on the work surface. Place on top a piece of all the ingredients and 2 rocket leaves. Roll and put on the dish.
Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
