Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 300g sour cream, thick
  • 2 sticks=2 doses instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
In medium-size bowl put the sour cream, instant coffee and vanilla extract.
Mix thoroughly to dissolve the coffee in the sour cream.
Add the icing sugar in installments and mix. Taste the sweetness of the mixture and we can add some sugar to bring it to our flavors.
Whisk the mixture of the sour cream with a hand mixer until you have a thick cream.
Pour the coffee cream into 4 small cups and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. We enjoy the dessert cold.

Coffee Cream except to enjoy it as cream straight from our cup, we can use it in many applications in our confectionery.
Upon Choux, eclairs, mille-feuille cake or fill with this tarts puff pastry.
